Moderate rains are expected over the northern parts of Hargeisa and western parts of Awdal with light rains in most other parts of Awdal, Maroodijeex and Saaxil regions. Forecast dry conditions across most of Togdheer, Sool, and Sanaag districts is expected to exacerbate the ongoing drought.
