Dry conditions are expected to persist across most parts of Somaliland during the forecast period. However, localized light rainfall is anticipated in select areas of the Sanaag and Togdheer regions, particularly affecting the districts of Ceel-afwayn and Ceerigaabo in Sanaag, as well as Oodwayne and the southern parts of Burco in Togdheer. According to the forecast spatial distribution (Map 1), these areas may receive light cumulative rainfall not exceeding 30 mm. In contrast, the rest of the country, including most areas in the Awdal, Maroodijeex, Saaxil, and remaining parts of Togdheer regions, is expected to remain predominantly dry, with little to no precipitation forecasted.

Dry conditions are expected to persist across most parts of Somaliland. However, localized light rainfall is likely in parts of Sool, Sanaag, and Togdheer regions, particularly over Xudun, Taleex, Caynabo, Buuhoodle, Ceerigaabo, and Ceel Afwayn districts.

Dry conditions are forecast across much of Somaliland, with localized light rainfall expected over Xudun, Taleex and Buhodle districts • Light cumulative rainfall of less than 50 mm is expected in a few areas in the northern and eastern parts of Taleex and over Xudun districts in (Saaxil region), Buhoodle district in Togdheer region. • Dry conditions are likely to prevail over most parts of Awdal, Maroodijeex, Saaxil, Togdheer and Sanaag regions.
